I have also been trying to claim our server but it keeps saying Could not scan server. i changed the name to GameTracker.
Our server ip is 173.199.80.172:3174 |

I clicked the claim server button and received the following response. Was the server online? Did you restart it to change the name, waiting long enough for it to come online?
WE WERE UNABLE TO VERIFY THAT YOUR SERVER NAME IS 'GAMETRACKER' In order to claim ownership of your server you must temporarily rename it to: GameTracker This server is currently named: www.GBHTeam.com Please check your game server config file, restart the server, and try again. It may take up to 5-10 minutes to start scanning again after a server restart

I have the server name as GameTracker. i will leave it as that till i get this thing claimed. I am also checking the query port with game servers the host to make sore thats right also.
