Whole ip not just this server .he took my clan tag uG| and made servers ever with the same name so I hope you can solve it
united generals only has the right for using uG| tag

Lol I speak about GT rules I think if I have clan and we are using tag for years and some one come once use same tag and name of my server that would be bad for us he want to get up with our names +gt I think wasnt allow it so no one can stole other names or tags

It does not infringe any GT rules.
We have no control over how people name their servers.

But how mate that mean any one can copy the name of old top server and that will kill the old server if you didnt punishment him .please do something that is not fair burn was banning who made it because it is something like copy right I have clan in gt and tag that the clan use over years also our server is 2nd in the list so he took our name and tag .please do something because that can damage all clans in every game if any one allowed to come and take my name and tag easy after years of hard work

Gametracker does not track servers by name, it tracks by IP:port.

I have no recollection over 7-8 years of Burn ever banning a server for having the same name as another - quite the opposite.

Closing thread.

If a GT admin chooses to act on this it is their decision, and I am sure they will comment and correct me if necessary.

I also noted that the server in question has a very different clan name, and their own website/forum with the url using their clan name.
Their location flag is also for a different country.

It's up to you to prove to others that you own exclusive, legal rights to the name. Copyright, trademarks, etc. Contact your lawyer that you currently use to help protect your intellectual property to discuss.
