My Call of Duty Server is dead. I've shutdown the Norton Firewall and updated the servers etc. but still nothing.
I hope someone could help me out.

I am not able to scan this server on the HLSW program (hlsw.org). The best option for you would be to contact your game server provider and they should be able to help you so that GameTracker scanners are not blocked from scanning your server. If they cannot help you, you would need to open the port on your firewall (and portforward in your router, if applicable) so it is possible for the scanner to get through.
