again my server went from 13 to 104 what caused this

we really need that rank back this haves to be a mistake
im about to put up another server but dont think ill use gametracker if its gonna take rank

Gametracker does not "take rank", nor do we "give" or assign rank.
The ranking system is entirely automated.

our server is used everyday rank dont drop from 13 to 104 in 2 hours

Rank in only updated once per day. So yes it can rise or drop quite a bit, quite suddenly.

so we dont use anything to help our rank only hard work trying to get players on server we do not use bots an i see bot servers in top 20
i know this was a mistake an nothing more i can do about it.
thought i could get help here guess i was wrong......

If you suspect a servers rank is artificially inflated, please submit an abuse report and we will review the case.

Given that there are only 98 servers in the category and that 104/105 is about the lowest possible rank;

I would suggest that someone should either change their password to prevent others using their account (and therefore having access to the server management feature)

OR

Stop playing with the 'DERANK SERVER' button.
