Hello! Recetly ordered CS 1.6 server, evething is fine just wanted ask ya about changing my server, I want to operate my server just with RCON password, because dont anderstand anything from amx or metamod.!

Change what? If you want to change the game, you can terminate the game server from its configuration page options then reclaim the server to be what you want it to be. If you want to just change mods, you can delete your old mods then install the new ones.

No I want the same game server, I just want to operate it with RCON and I dont know how to install this mod on server or whatever it takes to make it work that way!!

I don't think any games require a mod to use RCON. If you want a particular mod that would have an effect on admining the server, I would assume it contains instructions on how to install it. Most mods have some sort of support forum that you can ask questions if you are stuck on a step.
