can it be happen that i use hlds cs1.6 from one pc and internet and i add that hlds server ip in gametracker from another pc and internet if this can happen why it is not working for me plz help ?

As I understand it; hlds is the usual tool to create a cs 1.6 server.

hey , You may Run Ur HLDS on Lan , But u need it online for your other friends (not on lan) that mean u must open port for them to connect your server by [Port Forwarding] then find your ip in google [Search on : my ip] then give them that public ip with port u opened
for example
my lan ip : 192.168.1.3 and my hlds port is 27015
so my lan server ip : 192.168.1.3:27015
but it's lan so anyone access to it while he's on my network , but i need it to be other friends that not in my network so i must give then my public ip for example : 41.31.267.12 , then my port is 27015 (i must open this port in my router) then give them ip server like that
41.31.267.12:27015

I would not suggest or recommend you make HLDS out of your PC or Laptop. Since your devices wont be online 24/7 ...

My personal recommendations would be.

Buy a server from a reputed hosting these comes in my mind.

you can't go wrong either with them. Having these for your cs 1.6 hosting you can sit tight and be protected 24/7 always.

Having HLDS from your system is a risk of attacks and many other things.

Hope you get your server up and running.

First you need dedicated server program.Im sure you can use steamcmd to download that.
Second you need to be able to port foward the ports of your game.It can be found with a simple search on google
Third you need static ip which is kind of dangerous part for beginners cause if you do that wrong you can accidentaly block your connection to the internet.

These are the basics of having a server and hosting it your self.
