For a few days now i can't connect to some servers. My internet works very well, most of the servers works but there are two where i play with my friends and i can't connect. I have turned off the router several times, reinstalled the Steam and CS but it still does not work. The cs bar does not load anything. I give you a screenshot:

Do you think i should contact my provider or can it be resolved from my Pc?

what is the server location?

Download WinMTR and type in the server address and execute scan.

it will scan the hops and tell the statistics of packets send/receive.

make it 500 packets send/receive and do a screenshot and upload a image and send it here.
