Scanning Parameters Problem

Hello, recently I noticed that my server have been going offline on gametracker.com, the server uses port 27015 and is not firewall protected. The problem is that the Scanning Parameters is showing the server as Offline after 10-12 minutes of the last scan. After it goes offline, the site gives me the option to rescan the server, if I press to scan it, it goes back online and after 10-12 minutes it shows it as offline again.

Server is online, not firewall protected bacause after Manual Scan the site shows the server as Online. I made a video to make you understand better.

I also tested the server on other Game Tracking Sites and found no issues, so I made my research before making a topic with such problem.

My Server (https://www.gametracker.com/server_info/ze.evilzcs.ro:27015/) will be shown as offline on the moment you read this topic. The only way to keep the server online is to manually scan it.

Thank you for supplying the information relating to your server.

Unfortunately we have to consider that thousands of other servers are being scanned correctly without any reported issues.
As you can see with this link; https://www.gametracker.com/search/cs/?sort=3&order=DESC&searchipp=50#search
Gametracker is not experiencing any general scanning issues.

We have to conclude therefore that there is an issue between your server or hosting service, or the internet between them and Gametracker.

That your server comes back online after performing the re-scan of the server does not mean that your server will be allocated the same scanning server as initially validated it. You must be absolutely certain that your ISP/hosting service/host machine is not blocking any of the scanning services here; GameTracker scanner IP addresses - Updated 31-Jan-2025

Hello,

i have the same IP range for TeamSpeak 3 server , The problem you have is the UDP port is not opened or does not have the A2S filters + profile set enabled , contact vlad and opened a ticket in his discord freakhosting and tell him that you need to open UDP port 27015 and enable A2S cache and cs 1.6 filters this will make sure your server remains online all time.
