By mistake I tightened where the rank is deleted, I wanted to apologize for my mistake, but I need to get back the rank I had previously, since people came to the server, beforehand thank you very much.

There is no undo feature.
When rank or player stats are reset / deleted - they are gone. I am a community user. I do not reply to private message requests for support.
