So i opened these 3 ports 1200-1200 , 27000-27015 , 27030 - 27039
i do everything right , everything keeps going well , when i give my ip to my friends only one can join , then the server goes offline , and when this players goes out of the server it becomes back online
whats the problem ?
i don't think its a port problem or issue with the server or the firewall because there is a player that can join no matter from where he is but after he joins the others can't , and if he quits from the sever another one can join and the others can't ... etc

router: huawei HG8245
speed : 40 Mb

The reason why server goes down is if you are running the server from your own PC then do not connect your server with public IP address.[only for you] Instead of using public IP address use : 127.0.0.1 IP and your port.

For example : 127.0.0.1:27015

Remember, Don't try to connect with the public IP address if you are running server locally.

If this method doesn't work then you should check server configurations.

i dont connect with my public ip address i connect with my pc ip address which is 192.168.100.3
what are the server configurations i need to modify or check ?

What is your connection speed? take a look at speedtest.

Keep in mind that speed doen't really matter. Server can be run at 256 KB/s speed also!

You must check the YouTube videos. And I said before you should try to download another HLDS for testing purpose!

Have you checked the slots when you create your server ?

i did , and when i try to add a server to gametracker
when there is a player in the server its offline , and when he goes out it comes back online and i can add it
