This is GameTracker.com so it just tracks servers, it's not the owner of the servers. To apply for admin you must visit the website directly and contact the staff (admins/moderators). Some servers will recruit anyone because they're desperate.

The gaming communities like my own www.gamerone.net only have older and mature Staff who've been known for years and are trusted. So all players, and you, are welcome to play and have fun in a safe place. It's better if you help servers by taking evidence of cheaters of rule breakers, and then reporting them to the community. Most good communities offer a place where players can report offenders, for example we have www.bans.gamerone.net - when a player is banned they are given the link they can protest the ban to and if you want someone banned, you can request it with your evidence. Doing this can help get you trusted and in for a chance of being recruited.
