You need a steam Id (real One) and Some svs Provide paid adminship ranging from INR Rs.75 to 250 SOme times Owner may Provide you adminship for free if you play tooo Good Like some one Pro or You become Friend with Owner
 ... These are the ways to be admin

Most of the times money is paid through through mobile recharge.
But u can also pay by bank transfer. But mobile recharge sound more easy.... |
