Claimed Server - Error

I am the owner of DayZ Standalone server....

69.39.239.31:2302

When in game I have everything showing correctly. The problem is with the Gametracker side. If you look at my banner for the server it is actually showing the info belonging to Port 2402 on the same IP. How do we get this fixed? I have a banner on my website that shows the incorrect number of players and ranking.

Can you post what the query port should be for your server?
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.

That's exactly how it shows in the admin control panel for Multiplay Gameservers.

I tried deleting the server from gametracker and anything else I could think of, but it comes back the same.

When I go into DayZ Standalone and type in this for a remote connection...

69.39.239.31:2402

I get exactly what shows on my GT banner.

69.39.239.31:27015:27016 is already a Natural Selection 2 server, and this seems valid.

69.39.239.31:2302:27017 is a valid DayZ server.

Both servers are reporting accurately.

You'll have to duke it out with your provider if you understand this to be wrong. They would likely be running multiple servers on the same ports, which is a poor decision.

Well after talking with both Gametracker and Multiplay Servers both stated the issue wasn't related to their services. So of course out of the blue the issue corrects itself.

Thanks for your help.

Im glad to hear your provider stopped running multiple servers on the same port. Let me know if you have further questions.

They switched the server to a new IP & Port and it reported right for a half day. Now back to the same thing. Have to ask other DayZ server owners if they are having the same issue.

I doubt they are running servers on the same IP & Port.

My new server has this...

69.39.239.67:2602

Query port - 27017

Could it be that GT is using the query on the wrong port?

Everything shows correctly in game and on my Multiplay Control Panel. GT is the only one with wrong information.

I've updated the query port of that page to 27017. Please consider checking the entry before adding it.
