Hello there, actually i really dont know what to do now, on GameTracker it says that my server is running in ARK: Survival Evolved which isnt correct, thats why i claimed my server and wanted to change the game, which didnt work, telling me that the server ports do not match. It says 7877, the real one is 8821.

If it is this server, you can delete it on this page:

Im not able to delete the server since the source type doesnt allow it (Garry's Mod)

Trying to add my server to ACI streaming and being with Game Server my port is :8777 and it is not recognized by ACI. I enter a support ticket and this is the instruction they sent :

**You can add the server to their database as 7778, as this is the actual game port when connecting in-game. The only issue is that ACI requires the server to be registered with Gametracker via the 7778 port. You'll need to claim the server via Gametracker and adjust the query port, or delete the current GT entry for the server and re-register it with 7778 as the game port.**

I've been with ACI for Months thru Low Ping which was a 7778. But now thru Game Server's they have me as 8777 which doesn't work with ACI

Game Tracker said it could not scan the server when I tried to change the port from : 8777 to 7778. So I tried to basically Delete my server and start over. It's telling me: DELETE SERVER
Cannot delete servers with this source type.

I tried to reclaim ,I tried to rename, I tried to add New server and then I got the couldn't scan.

The just of this is I need to get GT. to recognize my server as 7778. I need Help Please.

* GAMETRACKER COULD NOT SCAN THE SERVER.

I've deleted the server page so now you can add it under join port 7778.
