Getting sick of gametracker on registrates 40% of flag scores. This is for years the case. Or solve it or stop gametracker cause its not represtative with facts.

GameTracker can miss a score if the server either resets a score, changes maps, etc. quickly after scores. If the server you play causes scores to be erased every minute or so, you will experience a high rate like what you are listing.
