Where to Download Halo?

Hi,

I downloaded HALO from http://download.cnet.com/Halo-Combat-Evolved-Custom-Edition/3055-7441_4-10292205.html?tag=pdl-redir

However, when I launch the game nothing happens. Even when I run as administrator and changed the compatibility. I am running Windows 7.

Any help would be appreciated!!
