Hi guys
Two of my servers are showing as down but are very much alive? TWB's New Glory 74.91.112.170:7787 TWB's Deliverance 74.91.112.170:7797 Can you please investigate? Many thanks

Hi,
Your server is not fully responding to queries. You can see this if you download a tool like HLSW, which may also be useful when you are debugging this. As you will see, your server is not reporting players. The Deliverance server seems to be fine. You would put in one of your servers like 74.91.112.170:7787:27025 and you can compare to something like 109.70.149.158:7789:27027. What changes did you make recently that caused this change? You may want to try undoing those changes and see where the issue lies.
