on may 31, 2014 UT3 is moving to a new master server. Server UT3 after the transition are not visible on Gametracker. Will improve this situation? Or the owners of the servers must perform some action?

They have fix for this now.

You will want to use the 3810 version. 3808 is Linux, 3809 is client and 3810 is windows server.
