You may need to make your own shortcut to the mod in order to get around the "Please insert either battlefield vietnam CD" error. Create a shortcut to your BfVietnam.exe and modify the target of the shortcut to look like:
"yourdirectory\EA GAMES\Battlefield Vietnam\BfVietnam.exe" +restart 1 +game EoD

These are both seperately-installed/launched mods for the base game, not maps to place in the main game's folder. You will only be able to access 3 extra maps with part 1 alone, and nothing with part 2 alone.

**Base WW2 MOD NOT WORKING?** Try Reinstalling patch 1.2, then patch 1.21 for the base game of BFV:
