Download link is on that page, but I really recommend you to read the f***ing manual!
That is if the page lets you because it warned me that due to it's size it may not be displayed by some browsers, so tell me if there are issues for you.


Anyway, the thing will open a lot of possibilities.
I will soon publish an example map (I make it short, it's Downtown-Beta5) that will put some of the tools to use, like tracking on the radar map, performance optimization with CullDistanceVolume, UltimateDestroyableEnvironment and SpawnWithLockerWeaponsPlayerStarts.

It could (Wormbo has a Mutator for that), but maybe some servers don't want to run an unwhitelistening Mutator or the mapper wants to make sure that the stuff happens on this particular map even when there is no such Mutator running.

Or you have one dedicated WeaponLocker with some special equipment that is not directly accessible in the map but serves to equip every spawning player with that stuff.
