no, may be now you don't remember but I insist like I orinally told you, yes, I'm not saying that you have been playing with the satti nick (note the continuous present perfect tense, this is, in recent times) I said that during the last fourthteen of february this year (explicitely, from the 14 till the 28 of february of 2011) you (not someone else) had been playing (note the continuous past perfect tense, this is, at that time) with that nick and yes of course I did check that myself so that's something that it makes no sense that you deny it.

also like I said after that time everything just seems to point in the direction that you simply created two diferent ID's in oder to impersonate a possible neighbour something wich like I explained constitute a security concern and that it's consequently sanctioned with access blocking.

that's why after this I didn't give you any precise date for unban because as you can see this now nothing has to do with the initial vote issue it's just that obviously before I don't clear up this I'm not going to lift any ban since it wouldn't be secure.

ok, now after see that you lack of a convincing answer I think that now I can tell you that most likely this will turn into a permanent security concern and therefore your ban will also turn permanent with it.

no, I'm sorry but you got busted and it's not ok, you can not play at the HiszY Servers but at the same time create a second ID with the purpose of act diferently under the impersonation of someone else to claim in the event of a incedent that it wasn't you but that some one else wich you was just impersonating (this is, you), that's not the spirit at the HiszY Servers and it's not even honest and far more important it constitutes a security concern and therefore it's sanctioned with access blocking then I'm sorry but this is so, it may be possible that on the future I could reconsider this but on the far, far future, I'm talking of at least not before the next year and I'm not even saying I will, I'm just saying that there could be a posibility, nothing more, so by now you can understand that your ban is permanent, sorry, then pelase stop spamming me about the very same thing.

yes, the truth is that I never had seen you both at the same time and after a quick look it seemed that most of the times when one connected the other disconnected or that generally you connected at different days that plus the fact that you were switching nicks about something that you never have answered me about it was what just led me to believe that you were just the same person trying to impersonate to be someone else on purpose.

however, yes, after a much deeper investion, yes, some coorelations of both of you in-game has been found as of the beginning of april this year and more regulary recentely since the second week of october till the date of ban most of the times at HiszY II where he is more frequent and at unusual european hours (typically from 4 to 10 in the CEST morning, that's why I had never seen you both) being the last and most notable ocurrence the previous sunday 11 of september 2011 where you precisely connected at very same instant, something very strange btw, weren't you on different homes? because it's quite hard to adquire so much syncronitation being in different places, and played various games with the gauntlet only.

so yes now I can tell that you're defitively two different persons, however also as a consequence of this deeper investigation the following issues has been found:

1) I'm still wondering me why you were switching nicks, first he used the abhi nick from december the past year till you appeared around february this year and later at february this year you also frequented his nick.

2) it has also been found you disrespecting other players and somehow assisting your friend agaisnt others reinforing his incidents, situation for wich you will still receive a couple of days ban after this (precisely it can still not be concreted untill this does not get completelly cleared)

3) it has also been found your friend accusing you of use a aimbot, this coming from someone who may have access to your computer led me to ask you if you cheats?

so because of frequent virus attacks we have to formatt our computers..!
now when he takes this quake game from my pc which has my config he forgot to change his name..when i noticed that i asked him to change it instanly...!

and now about that aimbot thing..
see this satti is a bit new to game..he tries to rail me but cant...so in order to take his frustration out he says me aimbot..!
which i dont even know how to use..!
but he says so only jokingly..

i never vote against someone whom i dont know without any reason.

i have good relations with many of the players using this server..!

yes, I'm very sorry for didn't stop to reply you before but I've been just the way to busy to start seriously arguing any issue (that would have been simply unfocuse me of my current task and thus I wouldn't have been able to launch the HiszY Junior Servers, most likely ever) so that's why I didn't answered you before.

ok, regarding the rest, you have a more detailed apologize for this shamefull situation on the thread of your mate, here, and just let you know that before got busy I did (at you abhi, not satti) unban you but it just looked that after that once again you exchanged games or something and that's why you finally both got banned about this like I comented there I just let you know that it's a very bad idea start sharing your very own game with others because as you can see it can lead into a wide variety of problems so each of you should use their very own original copy of Quake III Arena.
