ok vash here is the rest of the details on the rules and were i got the idea energy can heal .snipers can be look. rockets are use for combat and gruts are used to finish off the mess for this game but its stargey mostly oh and i got the idea of a vid on youtube gta4 s.w.a.t vs robbers

i has an awesome idea, ok we find a good hiding and sniping map, and it will be like the spec ops from MW2 called hidden, there are two snipers trying to get to a location but there is a searching party out for em' and they can only use their pistols or snipers, and the searching party is a rifle class? but yea thats the main concept you can build off of that.
