For the first part, I can only say: You mad bro? For the second part, please define what you mean by the "champion". Even if 3A had members of US origin, the fact is that US has never partaken in any SWAT community activities in the past years, from a basic tournament to a version war. May I ask just out of interest, since you joined this clan, how many times you managed to play on the server? Since the SuR merge, I would hazard a guess that US server has been active (active meaning 5+ players on server for 1hr+) maybe 30-40 times. This is over a time period spanning well over a year. I don't want to sound like a simpleton, but it's going to be hard finding problems with such low activity and such a miniscule amount of players on server and forum, isn't it?

Frankly responsibilities as a clan leader are endless.. try to manage over 100 peoples thoughts opinions, comments complaints, issues to solve.. rules procedure to do over.. To the first part of your post, the definition of a clan "dieing" is very subjective. Because in my view, this clan died over a year ago. That's if you ignore the number "76" next to the members list on the GT page and instead see who has actually been active in the last year, how much the server has been active, how many wars have been undertaken, etc. Look at Xavi for example. His parent clan WM is extremely inactive, its server is always dead and they only have a select few members that are active. But they still partake in outclan activities regularly, funnily enough when FAB was beating US in a recent war Xavi was busy helping WM to win a RD tournament otherwise I'm sure he would've helped US over the line.

But what I'm saying is, in terms of a clan's "activity", to determine whether it is actually 'alive', you would look at things like the server activity, social activity, forum activity etc. For the "zomg its about fun" people, the server activity is surely the most important category, since that is what the clan is all about (SWAT), so when you see just how active it's been, would you really say US has been alive till now? Now ofc, you cannot blame Schlot for inactive members - he can't control that. But he can control those that are active, and there are still 10-15 of these kind currently out there.

Regarding the second part of your post, no offence but you really exaggerate abit. It sounds as if you are saying leading a gaming clan is as stressful and time-consuming as running a real-life business organization, really it isn't. Proof in the pudding is when you went afk from a year from 2010 and FAB ran just fine, because it had solid foundations, something I am told Schlot also inherited when he took over the reins here.
