Long time, sorry. Gotta pick out this post as there some very flawed arguments. First of all, I have emphasized many times that the amount of wars you play, tournaments etc is not the be all and end all to determine a clan's performance. It's just one relevant sector, of which US has not done anything of note, which is why I brought it up. The point about SWAT4 and TS servers and the responsibility of funding and taking time out in keeping them active (yeah that means playing alone sometimes so players come to server) has also been emphasized enough.

Onto the next point - yes, making friends is a great thing, but lets not kid ourselves here. This is a gaming clan, so you make friends and have fun generally by playing on the server together. If you want to meet people and add them on facebook, but don't wanna play the actual game, your better off going on Omegle (google if you don't know).

For the last point, I really cannot see the link between not saving the server and the "emotional" sacrifices over saving friendships. Don't forget that it was an indian ex member who started the idea of a facebook group and helped run it, there was no inspired leadership behind that decision either.

To sign off, the point of this topic was to ask what the leader has done in his time here. If somebody else had stepped in their shoes over the past years, would things have been better or worse? Would people have even noticed if there had been no leadership over the past years - would it have really made a difference? Considering the responsiblity that was taken on board (explained numerous times covering a range of factors)? Just think abt it, and enjoy life in FAB. Also, treat Michal good. I know he hasn't liked your ideas and the way things have changed in FAB but I'm sure most people in his situation who have been active and loyal, and seen a group come in and seen alot of things change would react the same ;] (No, I'm not him).

If you refer to past few years i can say that we were for a long time rated as top swat 4 server on game tracker, or we were in top 10 with 3A, 2 house of pain servers, FAB, FUN and so on. All the way to the point when game spy sold the rights to some other firm, and they decided to stop master server support for the game.
It took markie boy from markmods and others a long time to create new master server. By the time that happened people lost interest and had difficulties with server list fix (ppl got kicked, game crashes and so on).
We (leaders and admins) discussed constantly map rotation, rules, bad behavior by players, admins, members in admin panel and had our opinions listened, argued and decided mostly as a team.
Now if you ask what did Schlot do past year here is a copy of one original post by him in admin panel:

It clearly shows the interest he had in having players and admins online during the whole day not just most played time.
As far as merge goes it is better for all to have a server with us who want to play then 3 or 4 servers that cant be filed. It is known that over all number of players dropped drastically and this move was purely for keeping the game alive. And last i can say that from your point of view we can all be blamed for things you mentioned not just one man. He just respected over all decision we as a clan made. And we still are a clan as you can see by the number of posts you had on your question!

Maybe u should first be sure of his behaivors on server and then come and support ,just a friendly advice ...

As a result u should be really doing these convo's in ur clan with ur leader (sry Nikki nothing to do with u dear ) .. U have lost the key there ,we all have ours

ehehhe u really made me laugh ...Why should I sit and spend time on thinking who u r, u aren't that important ... If u r brave enough ;give it a go and tell it ..we do know u r FAB or u were and we do know u r somehow playing with some of us on server too but isn't that sneaky of u ha?..
