i think you allowed the port in windows firewall but lets try disable and see if this works.

well its not soo complicated at all to do port fowarding.

you said you used utorrent as 27015? have you changed it to another port?

there is some conflicts ..

if you already did port fowarding. send me IP:Port in Inbox i will see if i can connect from here.

Then we will know where issue is happen

like i said that you have noting to worry. a simple reboot gives you a new ip.

or login to router

if using ppoe connection

disconnect and connect gets you new IP Address too.

most people reboot the router using power on and off switch button .

i did not said to exit utorrent? i said to remove it means uninstall

Then reboot PC and then open up a hlds let me know

i will see if i can make connection if not we will try again.

EDIT-For Some Reason The Port Is Still Showing Open in https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/
