It sounds to me like he needs his rcon password to setup Pro Con so he can edit his server. Given he see no way to edit within Gametrackers server panel. Where would he find his rcon password?

Please read the subscription welcome email as it was already entered in there. Many of your questions you have asked so far could have been answered much quicker by reading it instead of ignoring it.

The default rcon should be your premium account number, which you can find on one of your bills. I would ensure that you use an email which is able to recieve emails, because that is the reason you enter an email addres when you sign up. If you need to set it as a safe address, it is support [at] gametracker.com

just login to your gamepanel from you server provider make changes ther in the cfg's and use MOHCC to admin your game? very easy.
